Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may and may not do when using the OmniRogue platform, software, services, APIs, integrations, and any related tools (collectively, the "Services"). It supplements our Terms of Service.

By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. We may update this policy at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated AUP.

1. You Must Not Use the Services To Create, Upload, Distribute, Facilitate, or Promote:

• Illegal content or unlawful activity in any jurisdiction in which you operate.
• Spam, phishing, scams, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive marketing.
• Fraud, identity theft, account takeover, or deceptive schemes.
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, credential theft, hacking, or unauthorized access to systems.
• Non-consensual deepfakes, manipulated media of real people without consent, or deceptive synthetic media.
• Nudity, sexually explicit content, pornography, or adult content.
• Content that sexualizes minors or depicts sexual exploitation of any person.
• Content that harasses, threatens, stalks, or harms others.
• Hate speech, incitement to violence, or content targeting protected groups.
• Targeted political persuasion, political ads, or deceptive political content.
• Medical, legal, financial, tax, insurance, or other regulated advice presented as authoritative.
• Automated decisions affecting credit, employment, housing, criminal justice, education, or insurance eligibility.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights, trademarks, publicity rights, or privacy rights.
• Attempts to bypass safety filters, rate limits, usage caps, or other platform controls.
• Scraping, botting, or automated abuse that degrades platform performance.

2. Platform Safeguards

OmniRogue uses automated safety filters, prompt screening, output moderation, and human review to enforce this AUP and comply with the rules of our payment processors, AI providers, and applicable law.

We may block requests, delete generated outputs, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access without notice when we detect or reasonably suspect violations of this AUP.

3. Bypass Attempts and Jailbreaks

Repeated attempts to bypass, reverse-engineer, or "jailbreak" our safety filters — or the safety filters of any third-party AI provider — will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement or the relevant third-party provider.

4. Rate Limits and Fair Use

"Unlimited" or high-usage plans are subject to reasonable fair use, technical limits, anti-abuse controls, and platform safeguards. We may adjust limits to maintain reliability, security, and fair access for all customers.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you believe content on OmniRogue violates this AUP, please contact us at support@omnirogue.com with relevant details. We investigate reports and take appropriate action.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in any of the following, in our sole discretion: warning, content removal, feature restriction, rate-limit reduction, plan downgrade, account suspension, account termination, reversal of payouts or commissions, and referral to law enforcement.
